- Snowboards On Sale will despatch your order the same day for all orders placed befor 2pm subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know.
The standard post option normally takes 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our UK deliveries. - Please not the following postcodes are not availible for next day delivery:
IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE - shetland, GY - Guernsey, JE - Jersey
International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force Euro 48hours service. The delivery charge for orders to mainland Europe and the Republic of Ireland (weight up to 30kgs) is £10. Delivery time is 2 – 5 working days.

- We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. We make every effort to give you the best products and the best internet ordering service, however occasionally things may not be to your liking and you'll need to return something.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
If we have sent you something in error or the product is faulty please follow the instructions below. If it is our fault, please be assured in addition to the process outlined below we will cover all postage & packing costs. -

2. We will issue you with a returns number, by return of email, to include with the products when you send it back. We cannot accept any returns without a valid returns number.
3. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and you must not use them. We cannot accept goods back that have noticeably been worn, washed, ironed, tumble dried or used.
4. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when it arrives back here so you have proof that it was delivered.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until an employee of LCB Surf Store has signed for the delivery.
Again if the products are of high value we advise making sure that they are insured for the retail price when retuning them, we make sure of this when we send them to the customer at no extra cost.
